Epcot®, one of four theme parks at the Walt Disney World® Resort, features attractions and live shows based on technological innovation and international culture. Walt Disney originally created the acronym, Epcot®, which stood for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.
The theme park is divided into two areas: Future World and World Showcase. Each themed area includes attractions, live shows, restaurants, shopping and character appearances.
Epcot® is home to several annual events including: Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival (March/April/May), Sounds Like Summer Concert Series (June/July), Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival (September/October/November) and Holidays Around the World at Epcot® (November/December).
