Orlando, FL — Disney recently added a new experience to the “Frozen” Summer Fun event which will take place this summer at Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. Beginning on July 5th, guests can go ice skating at Oaken’s Frozen Funland, which is located toward the back of the park inside Soundstage One.
Ice skating sessions include 30 minutes on the ice plus the use of ice skates, socks and a helmet for only $10 per person. Oaken’s Frozen Funland is open daily from park opening to 8:00 PM. Ice skating is available daily during “Frozen” Summer Fun at Disney’s Hollywood Studios® from July 5 to September 1, 2014.

- Olaf on Summer Vacation – Olaf the snowman is enjoying his vacation in sunny Florida. Share your photos with Olaf with the #OlafSummerVacation tag for a chance to appear in that day’s grand finale
- Anna and Elsa’s Royal Welcome – Elsa and Anna travel down Hollywood Boulevard to the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage daily at 11:00 AM in a horse-drawn sleigh with a flurry of skaters, skiers, ice cutters and more
- For the First Time in Forever: A “Frozen” Sing-Along Celebration – Join Anna, Elsa and the Royal Historians of Arendelle at the Premiere Theater for a comedic retelling of the history of their Kingdom along with sing-along moments from “Frozen”
- Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post & Frozen Funland – Explore a Frozen Funland created by Oaken and his cousins filled with ice skating demonstrations, the “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” play area, “Frozen” merchandise, and special “Frozen”-inspired food and beverage offerings
- “Coolest Summer Ever” Dance Party – Experience a medley of “Frozen” favorites along with classic and contemporary rock & roll hits with a DJ and live band at the daily dance party starting at 5:30 PM at the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage
- “Frozen” Fireworks Spectacular – The evening closes with an awe-inspiring fireworks display featuring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, and “Frozen” music beginning at 9:45 PM at the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage
