Orlando, FL — Disney has confirmed that Festival of the Masters, an annual outdoor art festival held at Downtown Disney®, will not be returning this year. Downtown Disney® is currently undergoing the largest expansion in its history to become Disney Springs. Many of the areas used by the festival are unavailable due to work being done in the area.
